Introduction
During my whole career within Purchasing and Supply Chain I have been excited to drive change towards a more value adding Procurement function with strategic Commodity Management, strong Program Procurement and efficient Operational Procurement.
Professional Procurement, adding value to companies in multiple dimensions,
is in my experience not always a given, even within mature multinational companies.
With a much more challenging and complex supply chain business environment,
the need for constant and even drastic change has increased dramatically.
In this dynamic context, I am able to provide valuable, C-level support:

I speak Swedish, English, and German fluently and have extensive experience working on global projects, bringing an adaptable approach and deep cross-cultural understanding to every engagement.
